Now he is as tall as a teenage human girl, with a disproportionately big head, even bigger spikes, and ridiculously bright green eyes. And what happened to his shoes? They used to be lean and mean pieces of bright red rubber with a plain white buckle. Now he has these over-sized and overly detailed space boots with rail grinding slots on the bottom. And he opens his mouth a lot these days. Unfortunately, his voice has been everything but good. Granted, there has been quite a few recent articles detailing the fall of Sonic and friends, so maybe his eye-wrenching makeover is just considered a given nowadays and not even worth a mention.
