Hey, a lot of people are very uninformed about this issue. The government continues to get away with this because the general working (and voting) population doesn't give two ***** about video games.

The majority of people have houses that are being devalued because of the credit crisis. When people can't get loans that only exacerbates the issue as there are less buyers. Having Fannie Mae go under does not help America. Fannnie Mae provides hone loans to mid-lower income people who may otherwise not get a mortgage loan from a traditional bank. So they'd be forced to rent which results in them simply transferring wealth into the hands of a few real estate owners rather than allowing them to build equity and actually invest in something tangible rather than flushing money down the toilet every month. But what the hell does Yukon Cornelius care, he just wants a stage to advertise his silver and gold nonsense again. What a surprise.
