While D's are important, I can't think of 1 team outside the 2000 Raven that won a superbowl based solely on their D. The offense it still the most important part. The Colts won with bad defense, and the Pats last two superbowl wins were attributed to their offenses besting the offensive output of the Panthers and Eagles.
