I think you're talking about the GNOME settings. I was annoyed by that too. I found out there actually is a very nice System Preferences like app that combines all the settings into one frontend but unfortunately it's hidden by default. If you edit your menus in Ubuntu you can enable it. I think it's called GNOME Control Center or some such thing. Why it's not on by default is a mystery to me. I am still, to this day, confused by Prefs vs. Admin menus. I can't remember what's where.
AIDS. How.... retro.
If the oil prices were in control of one person, I would drop it down to where gas is $2.00 a gallon again, let it sit there long enough for all these alternative energy projects to get scrapped, and jack the ***** up again. But I'm a self serving bastard, and there's no reason for me to be any other way. loans for school
I agree; in the earlier Tomb Raider series her breasts grew to absolutely grotesque sizes as the franchise went on.
lame.
Apple already invented 'closed open source' with Mac OS X. The Power of Unix, the Simplicity of Macintosh=open source core with a totally proprietary system on top. Now, I'm one of the biggest Mac fans out there, but you can't deny that Apple uses F/OSS for its own interests without giving much back.
Great point; It was also very selfish of Henry Ford to profit off of the assembly line. Maybe we should all chip in on a one-way ticket to Beijing for you?
I don't know what's crazier... that he was involved in a hit-and-run or that Novakula drives a black corvette!
It's all about eco in Japan.
