It's a story because McCain consistently has events where he closes the door on the American press. This is not the 1st time. When he met with Bush for fund raising purposes no press were allowed. It's not being reported because this is the only time it has happened, but it is a trend with McCain, and the only thing we can assume is that he will continue to foster policies that the country does not approve and will not be held accountable - similar to what our current Administration is doing.
