Well there are some Dells with Ubuntu now, but generally that is the case. Dells selection is extremely limited last I checked, only theyre budget level stuff, as opposed to the wide range of options if you go Windows. HP as far as I know, has nothing, nor anyone else besides Lenovo (again, very limited).
