The Institute for Commemoration of Expelled Germans is a private, non-profit, non-government organization wholly owned by Director James Mayfield. It is entirely funded via donations and personal sources. The Institute, its website, all articles, and all of its property (images, maps, research, etc.) are entirely protected by copyright and may NOT be redistributed, resold, or edited without permission.

Any images or material used on the Institute that are not our original production or research are given full credit to the original owner and source via a citation. In many cases, the original producer of images could not be isolated due to widespread distribution. If you find that you are the owner of an image that has been used without permission, feel free to notify us and we will correct this legal infraction immediately.

The Institute will NOT be implicated in the actions, beliefs, or behavior of any of its affiliates, partners, or any organization or individual that independently uses our material, articles, or images. We are a non-political, ideologically-neutral party that is in no way associated with any far-right, racialist, neo-Nazi, or revisionist perspectives or organizations that are in conflict with the governments of Austria, Germany, Italy, Hungary, the United States, France, or the European Union. We merely seek to raise equal awareness to the race-based tragic suffering of 15-18,000,000 ethnic German civilians as is given to the tragedies and genocides experienced by other communities.

All donations via Paypal are solely used for maintenance, funding, and proliferation of the Institute itself, and not for any personal expenses of its staff or members. Staff members and contributors are not supported as employees with dontations.
